In the Art-Quiz-Performance Bruised Egos and Big Heads two players challenge each other in a quiz-show. They will be shown a selection of Photographs of the 100 most influential people of the art world (according to the ranking Power100.com of Artreview-Magazine).
The contestant who knows the right name wins a point. The one with most points wins.
The winner is awarded the title “The most successful social Player in the art world” and receives a prize.
Game Preparation:
A random selection of 50 pictures out of 100 are chosen by the showmaster.
The pictures are taken of the latest “The ArtReview Power 100” (a listing of the artworld’s most powerful figures).
Two teams will play against each other.
Rules:
If a team knows the name according to the picture, it gives a signal (honking or whistling) and tells the name.
Both teams have max. 5 sec. to give signal and tell the right name
Gain:
If one team knows the right name – 1 Point
If a team knows the according Gossip – 1/2 Point extra
Failure:
If no team honks – 0 point
If one team honks and it doesn’t know the name/tells it wrong – 0 point
If the other team then gives the right answer – 2 points
End of game:
If all 50 pictures have been shown, the team with most points is the winning team. The Winning Team is awarded the title
“The most successful social Player in the art world”
